SHIPPING

Items ordered from us are sent direct from our office in the UK via Royal Mail. We ship worldwide! Your currency will convert at checkout. After we process your order (which normally takes 3-4 days) you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. Shipping time varies depending on where you are:
UK​: 2-3 working days
Europe, US & Canada: 8-10 working days
Rest of the world: 15-20 working days

International orders will be transferred to your national delivery service once the parcel arrives in your country.
Please make sure your address is correct — once the item has been shipped the delivery address cannot be changed. If your order is shipped to an incorrect address, we're happy to resend your order but the shipping fee must be repaid.

PREORDERS
​
Preordered titles will be shipped out in advance of the title's release date with the aim to arrive on release day. Please note! If a preordered item is ordered with an already-released item, we will not ship your order until the release of the preordered item. If you would like to receive them separately you must order them separately. Thanks for understanding!

UPON DELIVERY
​
In the unlikely event your order doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, get in touch — we'll do our best to help! We're not able to assist with any customs charges incurred on delivery. All sales are final and we can't facilitate returns or exchanges. We're very sorry but we can't assist with orders that go undelivered because of a problem with your local delivery service.
